At MrDuvets, every order is created with care, attention to detail and a personal touch.
Our collections, including MrDuvets, MrsDuvets and LilDuvets, feature bespoke, personalised and made-to-order products, often designed for special occasions, celebrations and meaningful moments.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Products
As our personalised products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once production has commenced.
This includes products featuring personalised names, dates, messages, embroidery, bespoke designs or other customer-selected customisations.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on whether production has commenced. Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or amend personalised orders.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products and want every order to arrive exactly as expected.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or does not match your confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a replacement, repair or refund where required by applicable consumer law.
Special Occasion Orders
Many of our products are created for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, new homes and other special occasions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalised details, including names, dates, spelling, colours and messages, are correct before confirming their order.
We cannot accept responsibility for personalisation errors supplied or approved by the customer.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable law provides a right to cancel, return or obtain a remedy, those rights will always be respected.

All MrDuvets, MrsDuvets and LilDuvets personalised products are made to order and created specifically for each customer.
All sales of personalised and bespoke products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once production has commenced.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly made, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

When will I get my order?

Every MrDuvets order is made especially for you, with care and attention to detail.
As our products are made to order, please allow 5–7 working days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality.
